Space
A Space is the ongoing learning workspace for a subject, module, course or difficult topic.
It keeps relevant materials, separate Sessions and study work together. The learner does not need to reconstruct the subject inside a fresh conversation every time they return.
Session
A Session is one period of learning inside a Space. It can have its own Guide, source context, conversation, notes, activities and resulting practice.
A Session leaves a place to return. The learner can continue without rebuilding the context or searching through a disconnected chat history.
Guided Space
A Guided Space begins with a course already prepared around a defined body of material. It can cover a module, exam topic or another structured subject.
The learner enters an organised learning environment rather than an empty chatbot or a folder of generated resources. Figure and the original sources remain part of the experience.
Why the structure matters
A course can include slides, notes, recordings, textbooks, specifications and problem sheets. Different parts may be useful at different times.
Figurespace gives the subject one place to exist. This is what lets the product support a difficult topic, a private course built from your own material or a prepared Guided Space without reducing everything to one chat.
What remains when you return
The materials, Sessions, Guide, tests, flashcards and progress can remain available inside the same Space. The purpose is not to produce the largest possible pile of study resources. It is to preserve useful work around the course.
